I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 813, "Outcomes and Key Effectiveness Indicators", line item Community satisfaction, and ask: (a) as community satisfaction with the reliable and efficient movement of people and goods declined from 2012-13 to the 2013-14 estimated actual, what are the reasons for the decline; and (b) what actions are being taken to improve community satisfaction?

(a)-(b) The figure referred to is an estimate only. The actual result for 2013-14 was 94 per cent, coming in above target and is consistent with the results achieved over the last three years.
