(a) how many applications to Redress WA have been approved as at 10 August 2011;
(b) how much has been paid out to successful applicants to 30 June 2011;
(c) how many late applications were received by Redress WA after the 30 June 2009 cut-off date?
(d) how many late applications were approved for payment; and
(e) of those listed in (d), what circumstances led to the decision to grant these late applicants access to Redress WA payment?

(e) Applications were accepted under the following circumstances:
1. Service providers in remote Aboriginal communities asked for permission to submit after the close-off for registered applicants because they were involved with traditional law business or sorry business or there was widespread flooding.
2. Service providers had made an error in not submitting an application before the close-off date.
3. Application lost in the post.
4. Error made by Redress WA.
