Regarding the media coverage surrounding the announcement of the new Ningaloo Marine Park boundaries in November and December 2004, I ask - (1) Is the minister aware of an article in The West Australian dated 4 December 2004 in which parts of the Department of Fisheries submission in response to the Ningaloo Marine Park indicative management plan were quoted? (2) If yes to (1), can the minister advise how The West Australian obtained a copy of that submission? Hon JON FORD
