2. The 2002/03 and 2003/04 indicative Budgets for Main Roads include forecasts totalling $21.33 million and $9.25 million respectively for preservation, improvement and expansion works on the road network in the Great Southern Region. The 2003/4 forecast does not include allocations for the Local Roads Program or the Black Spot Program as these allocations are still to be determined. 3. Expenditures from the 2000/01 Program for Main Roads totalled $26.68 million for preservation, improvement and expansion works on the road network in the Great Southern Region. 4 & 5. The Government has not committed, at this point, to a ten year road program.
