(a) – (d)          The Premier advised Ministers that they were not to have any contact with Brian Burke.
Ministerial Staff are expected to follow the Department of Premier and Cabinet and the Public Sector Commission guidelines on ethical and  accountable decision making and the Minister is expected to follow the                   Ministerial code of conduct.
