I refer to the South West Radiation Oncology Service, and ask -
(1) Are patients accessing the service required to make payment in full on the day of receiving the service?
(2) What payment options are in place for patients who cannot afford to pay for the service?
(3) Will the Minister provide the service arrangements between the Department of Health or the Western Australia Country Health Service and the South West Radiation Oncology Service for the treatment of public patients, in particular if this service is capped in any way?
