METHAMPHETAMINE ACTION PLAN TASKFORCE
455. Mr S.K. L'ESTRANGE to the Minister for Health:
I have a supplementary question. The minister's own
Methamphetamine Action Plan Taskforce term of reference 4 says that measurable
performance indicators should be set. What are they; where can they be found;
and why are they failing?

Sorry. I want to apologise to the chamber, Mr Speaker. It is
not the member for Hillarys who is the biggest dope; it is the member for
Churchlands. I just said —
The SPEAKER : Minister, get on with it, please.
Mr R.H. COOK : I just said that under the Premier's
priorities, we have committed to a reduction of 15 per cent in illicit drug use
in our community, based on 2016 levels.
Mr S.K. L'Estrange : For the region, for the
city—what are your targets?
The SPEAKER : Member, you have had your opportunity for
a supplementary.
Mr R.H. COOK : I will answer that. Unfortunately for
the member for Churchlands, he has got his usual cloth ears on and he is simply
not listening to the facts.
