The State government has committed to delivering 9,800 social and affordable homes from July 2021 to 30 June 2030. With more than 4,000 already delivered, the government remains on track to deliver the funded program over the forward estimates.
The Department of Housing and Works does not document projects in the manner requested, with project assessment involving a number of builder panels as planning and design is finished.
