(2) In relation to one disciplinary matter, a union branch has indicated that the members of that branch may wish to take industrial action. This did not translate into industrial action authorised by the Union?s Executive. (3) CMU officers have regular contact with union organisers and resolve any queries or concerns in relation to union members either via telephone conversations or written correspondence. (4) The Director General and/or the Executive Director, Human Resources meet regularly with the President and/or nominees of the SSTUWA to discuss a variety of matters, including the operations of the CMU.
