I refer to page 65 of Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 1, line-item "Average cost of support provided per Ministerial Office", and I ask: (a) why was the 2024-25 average cost of support provided per office significantly higher (by $250 million) than what was budgeted; (b) what proportion of the additional costs in 2024-25 related to the creation of new portfolios following the Cabinet reshuffle in March 2025; (c) is it true that Department of Primary Industries and Regional Development (DPIRD) officers are working from home due to not currently having an office; (d) further to (c), has an office been located for DPIRD employees; and (e) if yes to (d), what is the cost of the new office lease?
