There seems to be some confusion among those opposite about a
so-called promise that was made before the last election about the eradication
of mosquitoes in certain parts of Perth. I would like the minister to explain
to the house what actually happened.

I think it is totally inappropriate that a member of this
house accuses me of lying and I do not get to respond to the question.
