I refer to all portfolios, departments and agencies, for which the Minister holds responsibility, and I ask: (a) How many departments and agencies are planning on having a Christmas Party: (i) Please detail which specific departments and agencies are planning on having a Christmas Party (if any); (ii) Please detail the total cost of each individual Christmas Party: (A) Please breakdown the cost further (venue hire, food and drink, etc); and (iii) Will there be alcohol available at the Christmas Party: (A) If yes, please clarify if any public funds are being expended to purchase alcohol?
