tenant evictions exercised by form 1C notices of termination under section 61(a)
of the Residential Tenancies Act 1987.
(1) Does the
Department of Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety maintain records of the
number of these form 1C eviction notices?
(2) If yes, how many such notices
were issued in 2021?
