(a) The Department of Regional Development and Lands (RDL) will liaise with the Department of Health (DoH) to agree a process that will allow for the registration of the Port Hedland hospital site on the Property Asset Clearing House (PACH) at the earliest date possible. When the hospital site is registered on PACH, State Government agencies will have the opportunity to put forward an expression of interest to acquire the site.
(b) While RDL can commence the preparation of the hospital site for disposal by seeking clearances from key stakeholders, until the site is vacated and all due diligence undertaken a firm timeline cannot be given.
