I refer to the media statement issued on 6 October 2022 regarding the return of the Your Voice In Health Survey and comments by the Minister which state it will take place early next year and all healthcare staff are encouraged to participate and, I ask: (a) what dates will the survey open and close; (b) when are survey results expected to be published; (c) how will healthcare staff be notified of this survey and their opportunity to participate; (d) will Department of Health workers be given time during work hours to respond to this important survey; and (e) if no to (d), what measures will the State Government take to encourage all healthcare staff to participate.?

(a) The 2023 Minister for Health ‘Your Voice in Health’ Employee Engagement Survey is scheduled to open on Tuesday, 7 March 2023, and close on Sunday, 2 April 2023.
(b) It is anticipated that the 2023 Survey results will be publicly released in mid-2023.
(c) WA Health employees will be notified of the Survey through a number of communication methods such as global messages, intranet news articles and communication material such as posters with QR codes inviting participation.
