(a)        The Chief Assessor provides the Attorney General with an annual report under section 62 of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 2003 (WA). Over the past five years, annual reports have been provided to the Attorney General by the Chief Assessor for:
2015/16           on 30 September 2016
2014/15           on 13 October 2015
2013/14           on 7 August 2014
2012/13           on 20 September 2013
2011/12           on 25 September 2012
(b)        Under section 62(3) of the Criminal Injuries Compensation Act 2003 (WA) the Attorney General is required to lay before each House of Parliament a copy of the report. Over the past five years, annual reports have been tabled for:
