(2) No. (3) The Minister for Planning and Infrastructure recently wrote to Rockingham MLA Mark McGowan confirming that $250,000 would be allocated to conduct an environmental study into the Rockingham Marina Project. This study will also require commitments from the City of Rockingham and Commonwealth Governments neither of which have confirmed their financial contributions as far as I am aware.
