For each Port Authority in Western Australia, -
(1) Was an agreement reached on the Statement of Corporate Intent for 2008/09 financial year?
(2) Has an agreement been reached on the Statement of Corporate Intent for the 2009/10 financial year?
(3) If yes to (2), on what date was the agreement reached?
(4) If no to (2), when does the Minister expect to reach agreement on the Statement of Corporate Intent for this year?
(5) Has the Minister set a date for any Port Authority by which it must submit a draft Statement of Corporate Intent for the 2010/11 financial year?
(6) If yes to (6), what is this date?

(1) No.  The 2008-09 port authority Statements of Corporate Intent were considered by the previous Government.
(2) Yes, for the Fremantle and Broome Port Authorities.
(3) Agreement was reached on 17 September 2009 for the Fremantle Port Authority and on 9 September 2009 for the Broome Port Authority.
(4) The remaining port authority Statements of Corporate Intent are currently awaiting the concurrence of the Treasurer.
(5) A submission date for all port authorities was established by the previous Government.  That date applies for port authority Statements of Corporate Intent for 2010-11.
(6) The date is 14 December annually.
