(1) Why is the cost of about $1 million to rehabilitate the maternity ward at Kaleeya Hospital, when it is moved again in five years considered unwarranted as a matter that should have been included in the feasibility study, as this is a significant amount of money ultimately contributed by taxpayers?
(2) Was this an oversight by CEO Linda Smith or was it to deflate the real cost of moving obstetrics services from Woodside Hospital to Kaleeya Hospital?
