My question without notice 949, was not answered in full. Can the Minister please provide a detailed table of the government’s consultation with stakeholders during the drafting of the proposed Land and Public Works Legislation Amendment Bill 2022, including: (a) the names of each stakeholder group consulted; (b) the method of engagement, whether in person or through written correspondence; and (c) the date of each interaction?

(a-c) The proposed amendments to the Land Administration Act 1997 are a result of extensive and widespread consultation carried out over many years, and multiple governments.
The tabled list details the stakeholder groups that were briefed on the proposed amendments at the Perth Convention Centre consultation alone.

Noting the extent of consultation undertaken, it is not considered to be an appropriate use of government resources to produce an exhaustive itemised list of consultation undertaken.
However, should the Honourable Member have a more specific question, the Minister will endeavour to provide an answer.
