Department of Commerce receive on this consultation paper?
(2) Will the submissions be
available on the department's website; if so, when; and, if not, why

(1) The Department of Commerce
received 10 written submissions to the consultation paper.
(2) Yes,
submissions are currently being uploaded to the department's website.
When I framed this answer yesterday, I anticipated that they would be available
this morning. When I checked the website, they were available last night, so
the answer is yes, they are available.
(3) The final
document, the decision regulatory impact statement, is intended to be finalised
by August 2012.
(4) It is not
possible to provide a response to this question until the preferred option is
known and approved.
