I refer to the Office of the Environmental Protection Authority and ask: (a) how many non-compliances were there for emissions into the environment in 2008–2009, 2009–2010, 2010–2011 and 2011–2012 and up until December 2013; (b) which entities were found to be non-compliant regarding emissions into the environment; and (c) what action ensued?
