a.  $412,151. b. • Place Activation -  $128,774; • Facilities management - $165,564; • Communications - $44,813; and • Staff costs - $63,000. Many of these costs relate to the events in the opening months of Elizabeth Quay and invoices were paid in the month of April. c. There was no income generated from the food and beverage outlets between 29th January 2016 and 1st May 2016.  Both V Burger and The Reveley opened during the week ending 15th April 2016.
During the establishment phase of the V Burgers business, rent is based on a stepped arrangement, and the value of the rental subsidy for the period 29th January 2016 and 1st May 2016 was $1,458 plus GST. The Reveley rent is based on turnover and the turnover figures have not been provided as yet. An accurate rental subsidy figure cannot be provided at this time.
d. The estimated budgeted amount is $220,000 per month. This is based on an average and will be seasonally adjusted throughout the year.
