I refer the Premier to his Ministerial Code of Conduct 2001, Clause 6, which requires all Ministers to disclose to the Cabinet Secretary all the pecuniary and other interests of each Minister’s spouse and dependent family, and ask -
(1) Did all the Ministers appointed in 2001 provide this information?
(2) If not, why not?
(3) Do these disclosures show that any spouse or dependent family member of any Minister held shares in the consortium (Alinta, Alcoa, DUET), which purchased the Dampier-Bunbury Gas Pipeline, at the time Cabinet was deliberating on the decision to provide Government financial assistance to the successful bidder?
(4) If yes to (3), who are the relevant Ministers and did they declare a conflict of interest pursuant to Clause 8 of the Ministerial Code of Conduct, when the matter was before Cabinet?
