(1) No, the Minister has not yet reached agreement on the Statement of Corporate Intent for this financial year with each of the port authorities other than Broome and Fremantle.
(2) Not applicable.

(a) The Statements of Corporate Intent of the port authorities other than Broome and Fremantle are currently awaiting the concurrence of the Treasurer as is required by the Port Authorities Act 1999.
(b)  An agreement on the Statement of Corporate Intent will be reached with each of the port authorities other than Broome and Fremantle once the Treasurer's concurrence has been obtained.
(c) The Statements of Corporate Intent of the port authorities other than Broome and Fremantle will be tabled in both Houses of Parliament immediately following agreement with each port authority after obtaining the Treasurer's concurrence.
