(3) The passenger load is calculated by subtracting the TARE weight from the Gross Vehicle Mass and then dividing by the recognised industry average weight of a passenger which is 65kgs. In addition, Transwa luggage policy provides for one 20kg bag in the hold and a 7kg bag for each coach passenger and the driver if required.
