(1)-(6) The Government is committed to continuing with the statutory review of the Occupational Safety and Health Act announced by the previous Government. Part of the terms of reference of the review refer to the effectiveness of the operations of the Department. It is intended to await the outcome of the review prior to providing commitment to the provision of further physical, human and financial resources.
