I refer to reports that have been
relayed to me that Main Roads is in discussions with landowners around the
Moonyoonooka area outside Geraldton, and I am referring now to the Dongara–Geraldton–Northampton
route planning study and a Main Roads newsletter that stated a final
recommendation on the corridor would be made to the minister in the first
quarter of 2022.
(1) Has Main
Roads provided the minister with its final corridor route recommendation for
this dual-route highway to Northampton?
(2) Has this been approved?
(3) Has the alignment definition
planning phase begun?
