The
Department of Housing
advises:
(1a)  389 (as at 18 March 2011)
(b)  127
(c)  84
(2) Maintenance is generated by tenants contacting the Department. A prioritised job order is then issued for work required on that property. There is no maintenance list.
(3) Timeframes are dependent on the priority allocated to the maintenance required and when the request for work was received.
(4) Service Level Agreements per Contract (per Region) have been implemented and effective from 1 February 2011. Maintenance is planned for completion within specific timeframes.
