KPMG contracts
484. Hon Tjorn Sibma to
the minister representing the Minister for Finance:
I refer to the
minister's answer earlier this week concerning the Department of Treasury and
Finance's (DTF) review of state government contracts with KPMG, which also
attached undated correspondence from the Acting Assistant Under Treasurer to
KPMG that requested information regarding the involvement of individuals and
teams subject to allegations in Western Australian government work, and
remediation and enhanced governance strategies being implemented.
(1) Did KPMG respond to the
correspondence by the DTF's deadline of 9 June?
(2) If yes, can the minister please table
that response?
(3) If no, when does the DTF anticipate
receiving a response?
