I refer to the Minister for Police’s response to my question asked on 17 September 2025, which confirmed that 288 charges of displaying gang insignia have been laid since the new laws came into effect, and I ask: (a) how many of those charges: (i) resulted in a conviction; (ii) have been discontinued; and (iii) remain to be determined by a court?
