(a) if yes,
(i) what were the dates of the contact(s) or meeting(s);
(ii) what was the nature or subject of discussion during the contact(s) meeting(s);
(iii) were other people present during the contact(s) or meeting(s); and
(iv) what were the names of the people present?

The Premier may, from time to time, have met Mr Dean Smith in a social capacity or at Liberal Party events, `however there have been no formal meetings between 1 January - 25 November 2011.
