I refer to Budget Paper No. 2, Volume 2 at page 542 "Services and Key Efficiency Indicators", line item "Specialised Community Services", and ask: (a) how much of the 2012-13 budget allocation was spent in the South West; (b) how much of the 2013-14 budget allocation is expected to be spent in the South West; (c) if the information requested in (a) and (b) cannot be provided, why not and when will it be known; and (d) of the 23 full time equivalent positions, how many of these are located in the South West and where?

"Specialised Community Services" includes Community Mental Health (Lower South West/Upper South West), Child and Adolescent Mental Health and Older Adult Mental Health.
