(2) The R-Codes Review Committee has recommended changes to the Western Australian Planning Commission. The Commission considered the Review Committee's advice on 26th June 2001. (3) Yes. This matter is dealt with in the R-Codes through the amount of each site allocated for open space. Single house and grouped dwelling sites in areas coded R25 and below are required to have at least 50% of the site allocated for open space. Open space in R30 and R35 is recommended to cover 45% of sites in the R30 and R35 codes and 40% in the R40 to R60 coded areas. (4) The recommended revised R-Codes and the recommendations of the Western Australian Planning Commission are currently before me for my consideration. It has been recommended to me that they be released for a further period of public comment.
