I refer to the performance of Years 3, 5, 7, and 9 students in Western Australian public schools in 2013 NAPLAN, and I ask if there has been any improvements of more than 2 per cent in the proportions of students at or above the national minimum standards since the 2011 year or area of assessment and, if so, what were they?

Between 2011 and 2013, there were improvements of more than two percentage points in the proportions of students at or above the national minimum standards for Western Australian public school students in NAPLAN, in the following year levels and domains:
Year 3 Reading
Year 3 Grammar and Punctuation
Year 5 Reading
Year 5 Spelling
Year 5 Grammar and Punctuation
Year 9 Reading
Year 9 Spelling
