I refer to the farm finance concessional loans scheme.
(1) How many applications were received in total as at 30
June 2015?
(2) Of those received —
(a) how many
were approved; and
(b) how many
are still waiting to be assessed?
(3) Of the $25
million available in round 2 of the scheme, how much in total was allocated to
loans and how much in total remains unallocated?
(4) Of the $50
million available in rounds 1 and 2 of the scheme, how much in total was
allocated to loans and how much in total remains unallocated?

(1) A total of
44 applications were received in round 1 in 2013–14 of the farm finance
concessional loans scheme, with a further 78 received in round 2 in 2014–15.
(2) (a) A total of 24 were approved in round 1 and 10 were
approved in round 2.
(b) In round 2, 14 applications
are yet to be assessed and seven are awaiting a decision.
(3) At today's
date, a total of $4 622 500 has been lent to WA farmers in round 2, leaving $20
377 500 unallocated.
(4) A total of
$5 190 863 was lent to WA farmers in round 1. Unallocated funds totalling $19 809
137 were retained by the Australian government.

lent to WA farmers to date in round 2. Unallocated funds will be retained by
the Australian government.
