I refer to the roll-out of the Air Conditioning program for State Schools and in particular Yangebup Primary School, and I ask:
(a) where is Yangebup Primary School on the list of schools to be air conditioned under Stage 2 of the program and what is the earliest start date for installation;
(b) why has Yangebup Primary School been put in the Stage 2 of the air conditioning program, when South Lake Primary School located only a few kilometres away is in Stage 1;
(c) what is the criteria used for deciding which schools are allocated to Stage 1, 2, 3 etc. of the air conditioning program; and
(d) what is the Department of Education's heat stress policy for its employees working in temperatures above 35C?

(a) The installations for Stage 2 air cooling will be carried out between 1 July 2013 and 30 June 2014. Installation of air-cooling at Yangebup Primary School is expected to be completed prior to the end of the 2013 school year.
