SUBCONTRACTOR INVESTIGATION
603. Hon KATE DOUST to the Attorney General representing the
Minister for Small Business:
I refer to the final report by Mr
David Eaton into the non-payment of subcontractors on construction projects
administered by Building Management and Works between October 2008 and October
2012.
(1) On what
date was the contractors' complaints file, referred to on page 47 of
the final report, requested by the investigation team?
(2) Which member or members of the investigation team
requested the contractors' complaint file?
(3) How many times was the contractors' complaint
file requested as part of the investigation?

some notice of this question. On behalf of the Minister for Small Business I
advise —
(1) A file described as the ''contractors
issue folder'' was requested on 6 December 2012 and subsequently
referred to in communications on 10 and 12 December 2012.
