REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT COMMISSIONS — STRUCTURE
I refer to the review of the regional development commissions, in particular the proposed new structure recommended by the review committee. (1) Will the minister please specify what decision-making authority will be retained by the regional office boards in place of the Western Australian regional development commission board? (2) Will each of the nine regions retain a regional office? (3) Will each of the regional offices have the same number of staff? (4) Will all existing South West Development Commission staff positions be retained; and, will these positions be retained in Bunbury?
