I refer to the cost the National Disability Insurance Scheme My Way trial in the lower South West, and I ask: (a) the Disability Services Commission annual report states there was a 15 per cent increase in the average cost per service in co-ordination and individual support in 2013-14 and attributes this to the development and implementation of the National Disability Insurance Scheme My Way trial in the lower South West, given the trial did not begin until 1 July 2014, how did this have such a profound impact on expenditure for 2013-14; (b) what was the average cost per service in co-ordination and individual support in the lower South West in each of 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14; (c) what is the anticipated average cost per service in co-ordination and individual support in the lower South West for 2014-15; (d) how many people received co-ordination and individual support services in the lower South West in each of 2011-12, 2012-13 and 2013-14; and (e) how many people are expected to receive co-ordination and individual support services in the lower South West in 2014-15?
