I refer to the Government’s intention to build a new stadium at the Burswood Peninsula, and I ask did Crown Perth have to agree to the construction of the new stadium at that location and: (a) if yes, when was the approval given; and (b) if approval was given, were there any conditions attached to the approval, and if so, what were those conditions?

(a) However, both the Trustee and Manager of the Burswood Property Trust have consented to amending the boundary of the Resort Site (as identified in the Agreement scheduled to the
Casino (Burswood Island) Agreement Act 1985
) to effect the excision of Lot 300 on DP 42394 and Lot 12057 on DP 218634 from the Resort Site (also being Reserve 39361).
(b) Not applicable
