For all Departments and Agencies under the control of your portfolio, will the Minister advise -
(1) Which Departments and Agencies have on-line payment systems available to the public?
(2) For what purpose is this payment system used?
(3) For the financial years 2000-2001, 2001-2002, 2002-2003, 2003-2004, and the current financial year to date, can the Minister please provide a breakdown of costs associated with each of these on-line payment systems?
(4) Have any complaints been received regarding the security of information sent through these on-line payment systems being compromised in any way?
(5) If so, what action was taken to address these complaints?
(6) Has the security of information being transferred through any of these on-line payment systems ever been found to be compromised?
(7) If so, in what way?
(8) Has any compensation or reimbursement been paid for instances where the security of information transferred has been compromised?

(1)-(8) The detailed information requested in parts (1)-(8) is not readily available. Provision of this information would require considerable research which would divert staff away from their normal duties and the Minister is not prepared to allocate the State's resources to provide a response. If the Member has a specific inquiry the Minister will endeavour to provide a reply.
