I refer the Premier to comments made by the Minister for Police on Radio 6PR yesterday in which she stated that the Leader of the Opposition had a blood alcohol reading of 0.47, 12 times more than the actual reading of 0.038, which is well below the legal limit. Several members interjected. The SPEAKER : Order, members! (1) Will the Premier direct his minister to apologise to the Leader of the Opposition for this clearly defamatory and factually incorrect statement? (2) Will the Premier now sack her from state cabinet, given her obvious incompetence? Dr G.I. GALLOP
