I refer to the refurbishment of Hale House and the Minister's previous statement that the total cost of Hale House would include an estimated $17 million for construction, site costs and most of the fit-out for the redevelopment, in addition to money for planning, design and other fees. In relation to this, I ask the Minister to provide the following information as at 1 May 2012:
(a) a breakdown of the total amount expended on construction, site costs and any fit-out for the redevelopment;
(b) a breakdown of the total amount expended on planning, design and other fees;
(c) all other costs associated with the refurbishment not accounted for in his answer to (a) and (b);
(d) the total amount expended on the refurbishment;
(e) whether there has been any change to the $25.5 million cost of refurbishing Hale House and, if so, what is the new amount;
(f) the estimated completion date for the refurbishment;
(g) when it is expected that the building will accommodate the Cabinet Secretariat;
(h) when it is expected that the building will accommodate the Office of the Premier; and
(i) whether there will be any other occupants of Hale House, besides the Cabinet Secretariat and the Office of the Premier and, if so, who?
