I thank the member for some notice
of the question. The following answer was provided to me by the Minister for
Industrial Relations.
(1) Three.
(2) Two
complaints related to vehicle traffic on the road near the site. One complaint
was about a telehandler rollover, which is a notifiable WorkSafe incident in
accordance with section 38 of the Work Health and Safety Act 2020. Of the three
incidents, no injuries were reported.
(3) In relation
to the two traffic-related complaints, WorkSafe visited the worksite and
addressed the concerns related to traffic management to the extent that the
issues were within the scope of the Work Health and Safety Act. In relation to the telehandler incident, WorkSafe attended
the site when the incident was notified.
