I refer to Muja AB project, and specifically to page i of the Post completion review of the Muja AB Project dated 6 April 2014, which states (in part) “Synergy … contributing the existing Muja AB power station to the Project”, and I ask: (a) was the land on which the Muja AB plant is located transferred from (then) Verve (now Synergy) to Vinalco: (i) if yes, how much stamp duty was paid on this transfer and who paid this stamp duty; and (ii) if no, how much rental is paid, and has been paid, by Vinalco to Synergy (previously Verve) for the use of the land on which the Muja AB plant is located during the following financial years: (A) 2009–2010? (B) 2010–2011? (C) 2011–2012? (D) 2012–2013? (E) 2013–2014? (F) 2014–2015?
