The Department of Justice advises:
1. The Department is currently developing an Equal Employment Opportunity Plan (the Plan) as part of the amalgamation of the previous departments of Corrective Services and the Attorney General. The Plan will have emphasis on increased recruitment of women in senior levels.
2. The Department is developing the Aboriginal Recruitment Strategy (the Strategy). The Strategy will establish targets for the employment of Aboriginal people at all levels across the Department.
