DUTIES — OFF-THE-PLAN CONCESSIONS
211. Hon NEIL THOMSON to the Minister for Finance:
I refer to the off-the-plan duty
concession or rebate introduced by the Cook Labor government, which has had a budget
of between $3.1 million and $18.2 million since 2021–22.
(1) How many applications have been
approved to date?
(2) What is the dollar value of the
concessions or rebates provided to the applicants to date?
(3) What is the total anticipated
value of the concessions or rebates when the scheme ends?
(4) What is the total spend on
software development related to this initiative to date?
(5) How many FTE are currently
required to process this rebate?
