I refer to the updated Collie Coal
(Griffin) state agreement.
(1) Does the state have step-in
rights in relation to Griffin Coal?
(2) If yes to (1), what is the scope
of these step-in rights?
(3) How are these step-in rights
triggered or activated?
(4) Who initiates the activation of
the step-in rights and under what circumstances?

contain any provisions that grant step-in rights.
