I refer to the Government aircraft charter contract with Maroomba Airlines and ask -
(1) What is the annual cost of this contract to the Government, and the term (i.e. expiry date), and is there an opportunity for an incoming Government to terminate the contract?
(2) If yes, under what circumstances or at what cost penalty?
(3) Will the Leader of the House representing the Premier table the -
(a) number; and
(b) types of aircraft,
available under this contract?
(4) What current policy guidelines exist for the use of the aircraft?
(5) Will the Leader of the House representing the Premier table -
(a) these policy guidelines; and
(b) full details of the contract,
with Maroomba?
(6) If not, why not?
(7) Are the aircraft for the use of the Premier and Ministers only?
(8) If not, which of the following are eligible to utilise aircraft chartered under this contract with Maroomba -
(a) the Governor of Western Australia;
(b) senior public servants;
(c) Parliamentary Presiding Officers;
(d) other Parliamentary Officers;
(e) the Leader of the Opposition;
(f) consultants; and
(g) other business people or private citizens?
(9) What are the cost arrangements under which the aircraft are made available for charter to -
(a) Ministers; and
(b) others?
